College Career Connect provides the opportunity for high school students to experience a college class.
Program Information
For local high school students who want learn about college and career opportunities, the chance to attend a class at College of the Redwoods or Cal Poly Humboldt, offers an amazing opportunity to better understand what college is like.
What’s Involved
- Students visit classes in small groups (6-8 students)
- Visit includes a class observation
- Question & Answer debrief after class
- Flexible schedule – we can come any time during the school day
- Opportunities for faculty and professors to be guest speakers in high school classes available
