A group of seniors from McKinleyville High School had the opportunity to attend a Human Geography class at HSU. The students were able to learn more about the study of geography in a college class setting. Professor Matthew Derrick led the class and took time to show the students around the department. This was one of many great opportunities brought forth by Education at Work’s College Connect program. Thank you to Dr. Derrick and HSU for helping prepare these students for the future!
